You will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people. Responsibilities Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home. Provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people. Support education, independence and emotional wellbeing. Ensure care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures are followed. Maintain accurate records and reports. Support and guide Residential Support Workers. Attend reviews, meetings and multi-agency discussions. Promote positive outcomes and high standards of care.
