As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will: Build positive relationships with children and young people. Provide daily care, routines, activities and emotional support. Lead shifts and support other Residential Support Workers. Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans. Maintain accurate records and incident reports. Promote safeguarding and child protection. Work with managers, social workers and other professionals. Help maintain a safe, consistent and nurturing home. About You 12+ months experience working with children and young people.
