Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential) Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Senior Residential experience Team Teach trained Experience supporting young people with EBD Strong trauma-informed and safeguarding knowledge Key Duties: Lead and support the residential care team Oversee care plans and risk assessments Promote positive outcomes for young people Support staff development and supervision Maintain high safeguarding and care standards Working Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Permanent
