Location: Bampton, Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,400 – £42,664 + bonuses (OTE £45K+)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading national children’s residential care provider for a Team Leader to join one of their homes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader looking for progression, stability, and a strong benefits package.

The role

• Lead and support a team of residential staff
• Ensure a safe, stable environment for young people
• Support care plans and day-to-day running of the home
• Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding

Requirements

• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
• Experience in children’s residential care
• Previous Senior Support Worker or Team Leader experience
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting young people
