OverviewWe\''re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team in a specialist Children\''s Residential home that supports young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and support a team of residential care workers
Provide structure and guidance in the day-to-day running of the home
Build strong, trusting relationships with young people aged 10-17
Support the Registered Manager with audits, rota planning and safeguarding
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, recovery, and independence
Ensure the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
Requirements
Experience working in a Children\''s Residential setting
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
