You will oversee a team of Recovery Practitioners, supporting the delivery of person-centred treatment that meets the individual needs of our service users. You will manage a small caseload alongside providing and overseeing a range of interventions, including harm reduction, psychosocial support, structured 1:1 and group sessions, wellbeing interventions and structured treatment programmes. You will ensure that assessments and SMART care plans are completed to a high standard and that individuals receive the right support to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
