About the Role

The Team Leader- Branded Food Outlet- Temp position in Bristol involves supervising daily operations within a quick-service restaurant. This ongoing temporary assignment lasts at least three months, with holiday pay provided. You will guide staff through peak periods, uphold service and food quality benchmarks, and contribute to efficient workflows. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.

The role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy fast food / quick-service food operation. You will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help ensure excellent standards of customer service, food quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety
Working efficiently in a busy, high-volume fast food environment
Helping to ensure service runs smoothly during peak periods

Essential requirements

Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential.

You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Assignment details

Ongoing temporary assignment andndash; minimum 3 months
Working 5 days out of 7
Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm
Hours and shift patterns will vary
