She has spent long periods in institutional care and is still getting used to having her own home. She has an experienced support team around her but a vacancy has just opened up for a Team Leader. Clair is looking for someone who has some life experience and a mature outlook on life. Ideally you will have some previous experience in a leadership capacity and are someone who is keen on learning and developing your skills. This is an established team with experienced team members, you will have the opportunity to do some shadow shifts and we offer a comprehensive induction with ongoing personal and professional development training.
