The Role As a Care Team Leader, you will support the smooth running of care services, supervise care staff and help maintain excellent standards of care. You will provide guidance to team members while ensuring service users receive safe, personalised and dignified support. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality care. Allocate daily tasks and coordinate the care team effectively. Support new and existing team members through guidance and mentoring. Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities when required. Administer medication safely in line with care plans and company procedures. Support safe moving and handling practices. Monitor service users'' wellbeing and report changes appropriately. Maintain accurate care records, documentation and daily reports. Promote dignity, respect, independence and person-centred care.
