This is a leadership role responsible for managing the electrical design function across high-voltage substation projects. You will provide technical direction, oversee project delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure all design work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical compliance. The role is primarily office-based with flexible working arrangements, although occasional travel to project sites and client meetings may be required.
