Team Lead - International Construction Insurance

We have an excellent opportunity to join our International Construction team as a Team Leader.Leading a team of three colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and a strong focus on new business development.We are looking for someone with a very strong technical insurance background within the North American construction market, together with experience in team/people management.The Role Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions. Identify and maintain active relationships with key decision makers and budget holders within client organisations. Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise, drawing on specialist teams as required. Develop and implement effective solutions, pricing, and placement strategies for both new and existing clients. Lead team to ensure consistent client service. Drive business development by maintaining a pipeline of prospects, responding to RFPs, and conducting new business presentations. Promote cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues across the business to maximise account penetration. Oversee placement management including revenue optimisation, compliance, accurate data processing, and policy checking.
