This is a hands-on leadership role combining day-to-day team management with direct mental health practice. You''ll lead and support staff across our Hub and Outreach services, helping ensure people receive consistent, high-quality and person-centred support. About the role You''ll manage staff and service delivery, provide regular supervision and work reviews, oversee referrals and caseload allocation, and help your team develop their practice. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you''ll maintain a small caseload where appropriate and remain involved in 1:1 support, group activities and community-based mental health work.
