Supporting 25+ bankers across Analyst, Associate and Junior VP levels, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a high-volume workload. We are looking for a proactive, organised and process-driven individual who can build strong relationships, manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional administrative support.TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at the Associate level and aboveCoordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zonesManaging a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and VCs across multiple locationsCoordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, and accommodation bookingsCoordinating car bookingsManaging and preparing expensesProcessing invoicesTaking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflowSupporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queriesProviding phone and holiday cover for colleaguesIf you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply ..... full job details .....
