A great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure the wider are supported.Duties:Responsible for Admin support for the construction department, including but not limited to; Planning, weekly meeting but daily updates as required Street works notices and traffic management Customer liaison - speak to site weekly as a minimum Issue site team job packs Ensure return of job cards and record, sign off if required Book hotels and arrange site accommodation if required (welfare/storage cabins) Speak to each team on a daily basis and complete the daily progress report Issue live working notices; enter and close, ensure ''as laid'' drawings are provided to design day after closing notice Assist with completion files and ensure /project job files are kept up to date.
