Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join their busy London office on an initial maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for either a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career or an individual with previous administration experience seeking their next challenge within a professional environment.Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to a number of professionals, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.Main duties will include:Providing administrative and secretarial support to a team of professionalsPreparing, formatting and proofreading reports, correspondence and documentationManaging diaries, meetings and travel arrangementsHandling incoming telephone calls, emails and client enquiriesMaintaining accurate electronic and paper recordsProcessing incoming documentation and updating internal systemsLiaising with clients, colleagues and external stakeholdersSupporting the wider team with general office administrationEnsuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlinesAssisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the officeThe successful candidate will have:A degree or previous experience within an administration, secretarial or office support roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailA professional and confident telephone mannerGood working ..... full job details .....
