Salary: -26k28k

Hybrid: Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm

Based: Wandsworth

Your Role:

As a Team Administrator, you will report to the Team Administration Manager and play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

      • Registering attendees for conferences using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
      • Raising delegate and sponsorship invoices using Xero accounting software
      • Collaborating with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate invoice data
      • Writing delegate visa support letters (templates provided)
      • Assisting with expense processing for key executives
      • Sending weekly updates to the Head of Design with sponsor and partner logo changes
      • Organising client entertainment days, including invitations and RSVPs
      • Managing office logistics, such as supplies and cleanliness
      • Handling low-volume calls and recognising spam
      • Planning and organising summer and Christmas parties
      • Covering for the Team Administration Manager during holidays
      • Completing general administrative tasks as needed

      • A diligent, hardworking, and sensible individual who thrives in a team environment
      • A multitasker with a keen eye for detail
      • Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
      • Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and autonomy
      • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a lively workplace
