Supporting the Team Accommodation Manager to lead their team in promoting high operational standards and accommodation cleanliness, will support in setting clear goals and expectations whilst nurturing an environment that the team can perform at their best. Supporting both leaders and team to manage any issues that arise, to promptly work towards an appropriate resolution. Reporting to the Team Accommodation Manager, ensuring necessary tasks are carried out, to maintain a safe and secure environment which is also inclusive. Maintaining the expectations laid out with-in the company''s Accommodation Agreement and Policies. Managing any breaches reasonably and consistently, ensuring we remain compliant at all times.
