Team Accommodation Supervisor

Description The Team Accommodation Supervisor will ensure the smooth delivery of the resort Team Accommodation and the Team Launderette. Supporting the Team Accommodation Manager to lead their team in promoting high operational standards and accommodation cleanliness, will support in setting clear goals and expectations whilst nurturing an environment that the team can perform at their best. Supporting both leaders and team to manage any issues that arise, to promptly work towards an appropriate resolution. Reporting to the Team Accommodation Manager, ensuring necessary tasks are carried out, to maintain a safe and secure environment which is also inclusive. Maintaining the expectations laid out with-in the company''s Accommodation Agreement and Policies. Managing any breaches reasonably and consistently, ensuring we remain compliant at all times. Key Responsibilities Improving ENPS and feedback Health, Safety and Compliance Audits Responsibility for delivery of RPRPRT CAFF delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Responsibility for the delivery of CAFF across Team Accommodation. Responsibility for allocations of Team Accommodation units for current team and new arrivals. To lead designated shifts in a professional and effective manner as a leader, allocating daily duties. Administration duties such as database maintenance and keycard making. Accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Team Accommodation department.
