You''ll combine hands-on teaching with a coaching and mentoring role, helping tutors develop their practice while ensuring learners make strong, sustained progress.Reporting to the Regional Head, you''ll work across teaching and support, administration, and leadership collaboration, helping to embed consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering high-quality teaching of functional skills from Entry Level 1 to Level 2, when required.Providing in-class support and interventions tailored to individual learning needs.Planning and delivering curriculum tailored to individual learners.Modelling and sharing best practice with tutors through mentoring and coaching.Leading CPD programmes to support continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.Conducting lesson observations and providing constructive feedback to support effective, creative teaching strategies.Establishing and maintaining systems to track and monitor student progress, attainment and engagement.Using data to identify trends, gaps in learning and areas for ..... full job details .....
