The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils access their education and reach their full potential. Depending on the school and the needs of the pupils, your responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional assistance.Working with small groups to support learning and engagement.Supporting children and young people with additional needs, including SEND.Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence.Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers with lessons.Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement to students.Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development.Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.Working as part of a supportive school team to create an inclusive learning environment.Work ..... full job details .....
