Teaching Assistants

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants seeking opportunities to work in long-term roles in Secondary Schools across Scunthorpe. If yes, we have the right role for you! We are collaborating with a secondary school that values pupil''s education and wants to ensure students get the best learning experience possible.The position begins in September and is expected to last until at least Christmas.The ideal candidate should be able to work with pupils with additional needs and understand ECHPs and IEPs. The role will include the following:Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1Encourage and engage students in the classroomUphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implementedWork with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPsDuring your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.To apply for this role, you must have the following:Experience working in a school.Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update ServiceRight to work in the UK.Satisfactory References.The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between 90 - 105 per day.If you would like to apply for this role, please submit you CV or email (url removed). ..... full job details .....
