Teaching Assistants - SEND Schools Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Birmingham? The Education Network Birmingham is currently recruiting a number of Teaching Assistants to support a range of excellent SEND schools across the city. We have opportunities available for both long-term assignments and day-to-day supply, giving you the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you. Whether you''re looking for consistent work in one school or prefer the variety of day-to-day supply, we''d love to hear from you. Our partner schools support children and young people with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties, complex learning needs and physical disabilities. You could be providing classroom support, working with small groups or delivering 1-2-1 support depending on the needs of the pupils. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are confident, reliable and passionate about working with children with SEND. The Role Supporting pupils with a range of SEND and additional needs Providing classroom, small-group and 1-2-1 support Helping pupils access the curriculum and engage in learning Supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour Promoting independence, confidence and social development Working alongside teachers and specialist support staff Supporting pupils to achieve their individual learning and EHCP targets Adapting your approach to meet the needs of ..... full job details .....
