Teaching Assistants - Dartford

We are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Dartford who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join them on a full-time basis.

These are long-term roles, working 5 days a week, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across a range of primary year groups
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapting to different classrooms and age groups

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience working in primary schools
• Confident supporting children across different year groups
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
