This is a rewarding opportunity to support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who benefit from additional guidance, encouragement, and tailored support throughout the school day.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to help students engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships. Every day is different, making this an ideal role for someone who is adaptable, resilient, and committed to supporting young people.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport KS3 and KS4 students throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom.Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students access learning.Assist with off-site educational activities and trips where required.Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, supportive learning environment.Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals.Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions around student progress and ..... full job details .....
