The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other school staff to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them to engage with their learning Working with individuals or small groups of pupils Providing additional support to pupils who may need extra help with their education Helping teachers prepare and organise classroom resources Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm learning environment Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and social skills Assisting with activities, lessons and school routines Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate Who Are We Looking For?
