Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you''ll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing classroom support during lessons.
• Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance.
• Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning.
• Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence.
• Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.
• Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Pay: -93110 per day
Contract: Full-time

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate''s qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client''s pay policy.
