Are you an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a supportive school in Wembley?

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school environment, supporting pupils with their learning, development and wider educational needs.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to help pupils make progress and engage positively with their learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom and providing one-to-one or small-group support.

Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging learning activities.

Providing additional support to pupils who may have SEND or additional learning needs.

Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and academic development.

Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress where appropriate.

Creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about supporting children and young people.

Patient, caring and approachable.

Confident working with pupils of different abilities and backgrounds.

Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Ideally experienced working within a school or educational setting.

Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential.
