Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children s learning and development as they prepare for transition to secondayr school. The RoleAs a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide targeted support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and creative lessons.Support children in preparation for SATs, helping to build their confidence and knowledge.Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, supportive learning environment.Work closely with the school team to ensure every child reaches their potential.
