Teaching Assistant – Chigwell

Vision for Education is delighted to be working in partnership with REAch2 Academy Trust to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chigwell. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the classroom.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help children reach their learning goals.
• Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage confidence, independence, and resilience.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school experience is desirable but not essential).
• Be caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children''s learning and development.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Vision for Education.
