Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support within the classroom to facilitate daily operations
• Collaborate with the Class Teacher to plan and deliver engaging learning activities
• Support a positive and inclusive environment for all students
• Assist with behaviour management and student engagement strategies
• Support individual and small group learning tasks as directed
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming classroom setting

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the classroom
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE units) are advantageous
