Key Responsibilities: Support KS3/KS4 pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and complex behaviour in a bespoke support centre. Help pupils build self-regulation strategies to successfully return to mainstream secondary classes. Work closely with subject teachers, Heads of Year and ALNco. Requirements: Experience or interest in working with secondary pupils with ALN, emotional wellbeing, or behavioural needs. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a patient approach.
