This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping children achieve their full potential in a diverse and welcoming school community.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils to help them feel secure and valued within the school.Support children''s learning across the curriculum, using strategies that encourage engagement, motivation and independence.Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, liaising with the SENCo, Speech and Language Therapist, and other professionals as required.Promote inclusion and respect for all, celebrating the diverse backgrounds and abilities of every pupil.Use play, conversation, and structured interventions to support language development, literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back regularly to class teachers.Supporting the Teacher and School CommunityWork collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
