This is a full-time 1:1 support role, working closely with a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a vital role in supporting the pupil's academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development, helping them to access the curriculum and engage confidently in school life.  Working alongside the class teacher and SENCo, you will deliver personalised support, implement agreed strategies, and encourage the pupil's independence while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
