Teaching Assistant - Bolton Teaching Assistant - Bolton Full-Time September Start Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and helping pupils develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support and help create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include: Supporting pupils during classroom activities Working with individuals and small groups Helping pupils access the primary curriculum Providing additional support where required Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Supporting pupils'' social and emotional development Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities Helping maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working with children A patient, caring and nurturing approach Excellent communication skills The ability to build positive relationships with pupils A proactive and flexible attitude A genuine passion for education Experience within a primary school is desirable Why Tradewind Recruitment?
