Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Are you an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive secondary school?We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Ealing, starting upon successful clearance and continuing until the end of the current term. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering an excellent opportunity to gain further experience within a secondary school environment.The RoleYou will provide day-to-day support to students and teachers, helping pupils remain engaged, focused and confident in their learning. The successful candidate will be someone who is patient, proactive and able to build positive relationships with young people.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupporting students with their learning across the curriculumWorking alongside teachers to help students access lessons effectivelyProviding individual and small-group support where requiredEncouraging positive behaviour and engagement in the classroomHelping students develop confidence, independence and learning skillsSupporting pupils who may require additional academic or pastoral assistanceAssisting with classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environmentFollowing school policies and safeguarding procedures at all timesWhat We Are Looking ForTo be considered, you should have:Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school settingExperience supporting ..... full job details .....
