Tradewind Education is recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Crosby, providing personalised support to a Year 7 male pupil with AuDHD.This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and build positive relationships within the school environment.The RoleAs a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide consistent, tailored support to a Year 7 pupil with AuDHD. The role will involve supporting his:Social development, including communication, peer relationships and navigating the school environment.Emotional and mental wellbeing, helping him to recognise and manage emotions and develop appropriate regulation strategies.Academic progress, providing encouragement and targeted support across the secondary curriculum.Confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom.Engagement with lessons and wider school activities.Transitions between lessons and different areas of the school where required.You will work closely with teaching staff and the school''s SEND team to ensure the pupil receives consistent and appropriate support throughout the school day.Why Work ..... full job details .....
