They are looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time basis. About the Role This is a flexible, mixed role that offers great variety across the school day. Your time will be split between delivering targeted class-based academic interventions and providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 4. 1:1 Support: You will be working closely with a child who requires regular, structured breaks to help them regulate, refocus, and re-engage with their learning. Class Interventions: Alongside your 1:1 responsibilities, you will support the class teacher by running small-group interventions to help bridge learning gaps and boost confidence across Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum subjects.
