The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and development. You''ll work alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities Working with individuals and small groups to support learning Helping pupils stay engaged, focused and confident Providing support with classroom activities and resources Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships Working closely with teachers and the wider school team We''d Love to Hear From You If You: Have experience working with children or young people Are passionate about education and helping children succeed Are patient, caring and enthusiastic Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Are reliable, adaptable and proactive Have a genuine desire to make a difference Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable, but not essential - transferable experience and the right attitude are highly valued.
