The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide effective support across the classroom and contribute positively to the wider school environment. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing classroom support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working alongside teachers to support learning and engagement. Providing targeted one-to-one and small-group support where required. Helping pupils remain focused, motivated and involved in their learning. Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. Assisting with classroom activities, preparation and general learning resources. Building positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff. Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm, inclusive learning environment. Contributing to the wider life of the school and supporting its policies and expectations.
