Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a welcoming primary school in Bury.

The school is seeking a committed individual who can provide personalised support and contribute to a highly inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
• Delivering tailored interventions under teacher guidance.
• Assisting with personal development, communication, and learning goals.
• Monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes.
• Working alongside external agencies and school staff.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting pupils with complex SEN.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Be adaptable and responsive to individual needs.
• Have a nurturing and child-centred approach.
• Hold relevant SEN experience or qualifications.
