This is a long-term opportunity, working five days per week and starting after half term, offering the chance to become part of a school team and make a lasting difference to pupils'' learning and development.Are you passionate about helping children and young people build confidence, overcome challenges and reach their potential? If you enjoy supporting learning and creating a positive classroom environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable. Experience gained in schools, youth work, mentoring, tutoring, sports coaching or other relevant support roles would be beneficial.Duties and responsibilitiesSupport teachers with classroom activities and the delivery of learning tasks.Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and encourage progress.Help pupils stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout lessons.Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.Provide additional support to pupils who need help with their learning, confidence or communication.Assist with classroom preparation, learning resources and daily activities.Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and guidance from teaching ..... full job details .....
