Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Teaching Assistant to work in a long-term role in a Secondary Schools located in Scunthorpe. The position is working 1:1 with a student with SEMH and SEN needs.The ideal candidate should be able to work with pupils with additional needs and understand ECHPs and IEPs. The role will include the following:Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1Encourage and engage students in the classroomUphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implementedWork with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPsDuring your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.To apply for this role, you must have the following:Experience working in a school.Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update ServiceRight to work in the UK.Satisfactory References.The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between 90 - 105 per day.If you would like to apply for this role, please submit you CV or email (url removed). ..... full job details .....
