Teaching Assistant Location: Weston-Super-Mare Salary: 90- 100 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediately Are you passionate about supporting young learners in achieving their full potential? Do you have experience working in a school setting and ant to make a sure real difference every day? We''re looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support. Responsibilities include:Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activitiesCollaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environmentAssisting with the student''s behaviour management and social-emotional developmentHelp prepare classroom materials and resourcesQualifications:A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience working with children and students with SENDAn understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training will be provided)Good organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work immediately and for the rest of the academic year Why Tradewind?
