This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately in November, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year for the right candidate. The Role You will work closely with a Year 3 pupil who requires additional support with behaviour management, helping them engage with learning, follow classroom routines and develop positive behaviours. The successful candidate will be confident setting clear boundaries, managing challenging behaviour calmly and consistently, and building a positive relationship with the pupil and wider school team.
