Full-Time Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Potters Bar, HertfordshireImmediate Start Full-Time Year 4 1:1 Support + Year 2 Classroom TA 95- 110 per dayTradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for an immediate start.This is a varied full-time role, offering the opportunity to support pupils across two different year groups:Mornings: Work 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil who requires additional learning support, helping them access lessons, stay engaged and develop confidence.Afternoons: Join a Year 2 classroom as a general Teaching Assistant, supporting the teacher and wider class with learning activities and day-to-day classroom needs.The school is looking for someone caring, patient and proactive who can build positive relationships with children and provide consistent support throughout the school day.The successful candidate will:Have experience working with primary-aged childrenBe confident providing 1:1 support and adapting their approach to individual needsHave a patient, nurturing and encouraging mannerBe able to support learning both independently and as part of a classroom teamBuild positive relationships with pupils and staffWork closely with teachers to support pupil progress and engagementBe flexible and willing to work across Year 4 and Year 2Have relevant TA/LSA experience or equivalent school-based ..... full job details .....
