The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting students who may have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, or who have experienced barriers to mainstream education. You will play a key role in helping pupils re-engage with learning and develop both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
• Managing behaviour positively and effectively
• Building strong, professional relationships with pupils
• Supporting students'' emotional wellbeing and personal development
• Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or in a similar setting
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
