As a General Teaching Assistant, you''ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

• Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Encourage children''s confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

• A passion for working with children.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
