This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs, including a range of learning, communication, sensory and behavioural needs. About the School Specialist SEND primary provision Strong focus on inclusion, structure and emotional wellbeing Supportive leadership and experienced SEN staff Child-centred approach tailored to individual needs Your Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs Supporting children with communication difficulties, sensory needs and behaviour Assisting with personalised learning and care plans Helping pupils access the curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals We''re Looking For Someone Who: Has experience supporting children with complex needs, SEND, ASD, or similar Is patient, nurturing and adaptable Confident supporting pupils with additional care or behavioural needs Can build strong, positive relationships with young children Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply) What the Agency Offers: Full-time, long-term placement with the potential ..... full job details .....
