Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within supportive primary and secondary schools across Kettering. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students both in and out of the classroom.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

• Help students overcome barriers to learning.

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND where applicable.

• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people in any capacity.

• Be patient, empathetic and enthusiastic.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be adaptable and able to work as part of a team.

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting education.

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
