SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant - KS3 & KS4

A Good Secondary School in London is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant with SEN experience to join their supportive team.

You will support KS3 and KS4 pupils through targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and access the curriculum.

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with their learning, behaviour, engagement and confidence.

Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties would be highly desirable.

• Previous experience as a TA, SEN-TA or LSA

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs

• Experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils

• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Patient, calm and adaptable approach

• Ability to support positive behaviour and engagement

• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

• Ability to work effectively as part of a school team
